I'm a CHEATER!!!

First of all, i'm sorry for the long MIA.

I've been really busy with work and dealing with moving... bahh!
I know, I know NO EXCUSES!!

WELL
I cheated...
Cheated on my ten pan challenge that is!
And I was doing so well! Four entire weeks with no makeup/skincare purchases!!!
I finished about 7 items (altho most of them are skincare items -- makeup is IMPOSSIBLE to finish!! LOL but i did manage to finish a couple of mascaras) so I allowed myself to have a little mini break....

Make up for ever kabuki - EVER SO SOFT!!

Guerlain L'or radiance concentrate with pure gold makeup base - this has to be the most expensive makeup item I've ever bought!! I have really high expectations for this or else it's going back for sure!

Make up for ever face & body foundation - I was looking for a med/full coverage foundation that doesn't contain spf for pictures :)

Smashbox lip exfoliant - after watching Fuz's review on this I had to try it!!

Diorshow iconic extreme waterproof mascara - I caved and got this... lets hope its worth the hefty price tag!

BTW I've been stuck in a makeup rut probably cuz i don't have a lot of time in the morning before work and i'm feeling lazy and uninspired :( (HINT this would be a good time to request looks :P)

Since i will be moving so I'm thinking of having a blog sale and get rid of some extra stash in my makeup drawer. I dunno if anyone will be interested in that but keep your eyes posted! I promise everything will be dirt cheap!!! :)

No More Buys!

Lately I've been feeling really tempted to buy lots of stuff since I got my Shopper's discount.


SO.....

I've decided to join in on Project 10 Pan which means no more makeup/skincare purchases until I finish up at least 10 makeup/skincare items :)

It's a great way to save some money and use up products before they expire (at the same time make room for future purchases :P)

I am also going to include hair & body care items along with makeup products.
Since these items are a bit easier to finish I'm going to aim for 15 items before I make any makeup/skin care purchases :P

Sorry for the gazillion years of no-post! I've missed you all!!

Long story short, recently I've been going through a lot changes in my life and I just couldn't find the time or energy to do a proper post.

However this doesn't mean I haven't been makeup hauling haha!

Started my first real job (altho i'm still an intern)
Property shopping w/ BF (a long and painful process.... hopefully i'll be moving soon!)
(insert MAC family & friends sale + CCO + Bath & Body works outlet haul)

And I Just found out today that I passed my licensing exams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!

I'm not sure whether I should post pictures of my hauls since most of them are from a while ago... Lemme know if you guys want to see any specific haul haha!

A romantic haul...

Hi Beauties!

Sorry for the late post on this haul! I actually picked these babies up about 2 weeks ago (the day after the collection's debut)! I still had a few of those $10 off $50 cards left for use at the bay so I thought I can put them to good use before they expire (just another excuse to shop lol).

I already had a list in mind of what i wanted to pick up. The item that I was the most excited for was the Just a pinch gel blush. However after swatching the blush at the MAC counter I immediately changed my mind. Somehow the applied consistency and color reminded me so much of Benetint by benefit which I still have a whole 3/4 bottle + sample jar to go thru. However, the MAC gel blush is probably easier to use since its not so liquidy. I always had a hard time with any kind of cheek stain cuz i find them very difficult to apply. I can never get them to go on the desired areas and blending is such a pain in the bum area.

Finally, got this for my cousin at winners for 16.99!!! pretty sweet deal and the colors are actually quite pigmented!
